new study by Websidestory, an analytics company, shows that ads on AOL
and MSN appear to be far more effective those on Google and Yahoo! at

An analyst at the company says that fuller portals like AOL and MSN
may appeal audiences in a shopping mode, while Google draws a higher
percentage of pure browsers. I can't find the release online. I'll cut

work with us and offered the most support. Now we're not saying this
is a sure sign of excellent customer service, any more than a vendor
blowing off a reviewer is an indication that it will be less than attentive
to users. But given a choice, we'll take a culture of responsiveness
anytime.
